Vaccine Mandates Unconstitutional and Unlawful

Does everyone recall when I said the US “vaccine” mandates were unconstitutional/unlawful and would be struck down by the courts, and that the administration was operating under “color of law,” vs. actual law, in order to coerce the gullible into believing the shots were inevitable so might as well comply (in violation of the Nuremberg Code)?

Turns out that was another "lucky guess." A federal court has just enjoined the government from enforcing the “federal contractor” mandate.

For those that don’t know, color of law is where you dress up like a police officer and start issuing orders and handing out tickets even though you are actually a clerk at 7/11 - you’re representing yourself to be a representative of “the law” even though you’re just a guy with a costume shop rental account. Actual law is where you’re a cop. Operating under color of law is fraud - it seeks to trick the dim into believing that because a purported authority figure says something in a serious voice, it must be legit. Actual law is where there’s a law on the books that says what your serious voice claims is true.

The administration has been operating under color of law all along, and it knows it. It’s not like I’m the brightest legal mind in the universe. They knew and know, and are doing it anyway.

If having a government that commits fraud to coerce its population into doing something doesn’t trouble you, ask yourself what else it might be fraudulently claiming. Like vaccine safety, or even what a vaccine is. On mortality claims. On whether a PCR test is useless and just being used to create a pandemic. On its own legitimacy (I guess a fair question is how much fraud a population will accept from its government before deciding that it is illegitimate). Lots of questions arising from having a fraudulent ruler of a police state.
