As someone who had to analyse clinical trials for a living for over two decades, I clearly understand the data and analysis, but for laypeople, these concepts require much more explanation.
It's a shame that such technical matters can't be more simply conveyed, but that's the nature of the subject. I hope that people are able to grasp the concepts and evidence sufficiently to awake from their metaphorical slumber.
