Banned Again For 30 Days Due To "Violating Community Standards" on FB
Apparently citing government reports of excess mortality in highly vaccinated populations violates FB’s community standards, which equates to “anything the government says is true determines our standards.” Although even that isn’t accurate, as using the government’s own numbers also violates those lofty standards, so really the policy is that “only official narratives are okay, even if obvious lies based on the government’s own data.”
Per FB, if it had been around in 2002, any questioning of “WMDs in Iraq” would have violated community standards. “Hans Blix says government claims are impossible” would have gotten you immediately banned. FB is now overtly just a propaganda channel.
I’m so done with FB. They’ll soon go the way of Twitter, which is to say be largely ignored by anyone with half a brain, leaving nothing but crotchety geriatrics arguing over partisan political beefs. I’ll be pulling my ads from the platform shortly. Why feed the idiocy with revenue? Why support the embodiment of 1984?
In terms of being a platform for free exchange of factual info, if you’re thinking FB, forget about it.
I deleted my account a few months ago. I miss some of the contacts I had, but I don't miss the anal-sadistic paternalism.
On the serious side this rampant censorship of all non-narrative opinions, views, scientific results, etc., decertification of professionals, erasing of concerned citizens from public view, even threats and prosecutions, are being driven by the federal government Executive, and various agencies. All of these censorship actions are clear evidence of a dictatorial government functioning outside the bounds of our Constitution. Our MSM, having been bought, are co-conspirators and has collectively proven worthless. This deadly situation is made worse by DOJ being part of the executive with all top positions appointed by and loyal to the Executive. Beyond the above part of the subject, our Congress and Executive have long since operating far beyond the limited powers granted them by the Constitution, with nothing ever being done about it.
