Several folks suggested I reprise my longwinded FB posts about what I would do as a prophylactic against COVID, being in relatively good health and such.
So here is my syllabus, divided into daily intake, and weekly.
Daily: Quercetin with Bromelain, 400 mg/80 mg on empty stomach with zinc (see following entry) - mechanism of action, raises cellular PH/lowers cellular acidity (viruses and cancer require high acidity to thrive and propagate, and also facillitates zinc absorbtion into cells). Zinc, 35mg per day. Vitamin D3 + K, 5000 IU D3 + 95 mcg K combo capsule. L-Lysine, 1000 mg on empty stomach. TMG 1000 mg. Costco Multivitamin. NAC (N-Acetil Cysteine) 600 mg.
Weekly: 16 mg Ivermectin once a week on an empty stomach. Mechanism of action anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, zinc facillitator, and binds to the COVID spike protein so it can’t infiltrate cells.
Diet: Low carb, 18-20 hour per day fasting, eat in a 4-6 hour window. Mostly protein and veggies. High protein increases cellular acidity, but the quercetin balances that, so in all, probably a good fit. I eat almost no sugar, as sugar is poison to the liver, and God help me, my liver needs all the breaks it can get.
Exercise: Walk 2-3 miles per day at fast pace. Gym 4 times a week for weight training.
Alcohol: Half bottle of red wine (malbec or shiraz or tempranillo/carmenere if slumming) per night, with occasional tequila shots for fortification.
Sleep: 8-9 hours, with 5 mg of melatonin just because.
Note I have left out cocaine off strippers’ backsides, Marlboros and Romeo Y Julietas or Cohibas, beer bongs, Jello shooters, marijuana, micro-dosing of LSD, etc. Those are really optional, if somewhat essential. I am not here to judge, kids…
Source of Ivermectin?
Great protocol. Whatever multivitamin people choose should have copper. Long term zinc use can deplete it.
